I’m Dr. Christy Wise—and for over thirty years, I’ve dedicated my life to one core mission: helping people rise. As a retired clinical psychologist, educator, and social impact entrepreneur, I’ve had the extraordinary privilege of walking alongside thousands of individuals, families, and communities as they’ve reclaimed their worth, rewired their inner narratives, and built lives that reflect their deepest values. From courtrooms to classrooms, boardrooms to refugee clinics, my work spans the worlds of trauma-informed care, education, coaching, and global health equity.
Today, I lead two organizations rooted in transformation:
Life-Sauce—a personal development company delivering science-backed education on self-worth, intimacy, emotional resilience, and leadership.
One Foot Up—a nonprofit dedicated to closing gaps in global mental healthcare by delivering culturally attuned, community-led programs and essential resources to under-served populations.
Whether I’m speaking on Neuroplasticity and relational trauma at global conferences, designing continuing education courses for therapists, training executive leaders, or mentoring young professionals across the globe—I bring both heart and rigor to every space I enter.
I believe change starts within—but it never ends there. With the support of visionary collaborators and institutions like Harvard Medical School, I’m actively working to scale mental health systems that are inclusive, ethical, and sustainable. My long-term mission is to shape public policy, fund innovation, and train the next generation of leaders to meet the mental health crisis with compassion, courage, and evidence-based care.

All clients are aware that the coaching relationship is not psychological counseling or any kind of therapy. Coaching does not treat illness or pathology. The client is also aware that coaching results cannot be guaranteed. Confidentiality: The coach and client recognize that the nature of the coaching relationship involves the passing of personal and business information that may be highly confidential. As such, the coach agrees that, unless express permission is granted, all coaching calls and conversations and written communications remain completely confidential between the coach and client, except where prohibited by law.
I understand the boundaries of confidentiality clearly. If there is any concern that I may hurt myself, or others, I can expect confidentiality to be broken. I have read and understood all conditions of my work with Life Sauce and understand that I can ask for clarification on anything at any time.
